The course will be taught by the teacher and illustrator >> Marcos Pinto << the Course of manga and Japanese Culture at the Institute of Japanese Culture at PUC (Catholic University) in Porto Alegre / RS - BRAZIL.

During the course, the student will create a project ( in Drawing for Press as such for Cartoon, Charge or Illustration ) in manga style, availed for completion of the course - also, the student will pass through all the stages of production, to comply with a schedule od tasks and deadlines to accomplish with quality in real-time production, being their evaluation through such work and practical tasks, seeking an objective and a positive approach of the realities of the market/office, with individual and permanent monitoring by an experient teacher.

The students will have the opportunity to have a practical introduction to Manga comics and the teacher will provide handouts and referral materials for the lessons.

- Human Figure I ( children )

- Human Figure II ( male )

- Human Figure III ( female )

- Perspective and Shading

- Textures

- Shonen and Shojo Manga

- Design for the Press and Illustration

- Materials and Techniques of Inking I ( felt and technical pens )

- Materials and Techniques of Inking II ( pens )

- Production I ( layout )

- Production II ( finishing )

- Production III ( lettering - by pencil - and balloons )

- Lettering ( manual and digital )

- Graphemes and onomatopoeia IV

- Paste-up and Graytones

- Closure of a fanzine with all the works.


Marcos Pinto

He is an Arts teacher, and also a professional in the field of graphic arts and illustrator with more than 29 years of experience and work ( in Illustration for Literature, Cartooning and Comics), all of those dedicated to Child and Youth audiences - either published in Brazil, and also released abroad, as well as working as a teacher for children and young people in the area of Graphic Arts since 1984.

A partir de 21 de agosto, 2009:

Por los dias Viernes, de agosto a noviembre será leccionado por el profesor e ilustrador >> Marcos Pinto << el Curso de Manga y Cultura Japonesa en el Instituto de Cultura Japonesa en la PUC ( Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul ) Porto Alegre / RS - BRASIL.

El curso tiene dos clases:

Nível I:

Durante el curso, el estudiante va a crear un proyecto ( sean dibujos de prensa tal cómo el Cartoon o la Ilustración), en estilo manga, con fines de evaluación al final del curso - el estudiante pasará también por todas las etapas de producción, cumpliendo un calendario de tareas y plazos a cumplir con la calidad necesaria y en tiempo real de producción, siendo su evaluación a través de esa labor y tareas prácticas; el curso tiene por objetivo un enfoque positivo de la realidad del mercado, con seguimiento individual y permanente por un maestro experiente en el area.

Los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de tener una introducción práctica a las historietas en estilo Manga y el profesor proporcionará a los folletos y materiales de referencia para las lecciones.

- Materiales y Técnicas de Entintamiento II (con plumas de metal)

- Producción I (de diseño)

- Producción II (acabado)

- Producción III (letras - por lapiz y globos)

- Diseño de letras (manual y digital)

- Grafemas y onomatopeyas IV

- Montaje y Graytones( tonos )

- Clausura de un fanzine con todas las obras de los alunos.


Marcos Pinto

Él es un profesor de arte, y también un profesional en el campo de las artes gráficas e ilustrador con más de 29 años de experiencia en el trabajo (en la ilustración de Literatura, Caricaturas y Comics), dedicadas a la Infancia y la Juventud - ya fué publicado en Brasil, y también ha publicado en el extranjero, así como ha trabajado como profesor para niños y jóvenes en el ámbito de las Artes Gráficas desde 1984.
