PPG WIP : Well... he tries.

After I saw a very sweet pic, accompanied with a fanfic( please GO and READ it )from Kev1000 - depicting Gerald and Phoebe; actually, I like that pairing, too( foremost than Arnold and Helga, I think, though I have my own non-canonical stuff )

So, I wished to do some color on an old pic I did, once - well, at least, to start to do it!
