Phoebe as a vampire hunter.

Because it´s fun to be one, at times^^D

Actually,
The name "crusader" is applied to the trademark of this whole suit - and, the model Phoebe is wearing wouldn´t be the most advanced one, but quite a "standard" one - however, the whole thign would be designed to provide some flexibility combined with an... at least, average protection; if it may be said so, concerning against vampires, of course.

In fact,
Against them any protection barely can be enough to provide a minimum at all... thence, the doubled layers covering upper legs( femoral arteries ), torso and arms; however, except by torso´s armor, the rest of the whole suit is pretty much flexible, though.

About the weapon,
I still have some doubts - since it´s unpractical to have an weapon that would ask to carry SO much ammunition, but that would be enough to harm a single vampire, when it is knwon that LOADS of ammo certainly woulnd´t necessarily kill him for good, but, when those ammo ended... what would serve the weapon, then? It wold be just deadweight.

So,
Though you might think that it is a stupid idea, but the weapon doesn´t fire ammo - instead, it would be something like a plasma rifle( for ghoul targets )combined with a VERY powerful light( emulating solar light )generator - well, it isn´t all that noisy, neither gives kicks, or seem "powerful" when it shoots, but certainly would serve to its puroposes, and on being much lighter( agianst vampires, mobility is vital )and also wouldn´t need to have such a heavy load of ammo( never enough )carried with...

... Let´s hope I didn´t proposed something REALLY stupid, though...
